Today marks the start of the long-awaited Sports Meet.
Tensions are high,
And so are our spirits.
Although we’re all dressed in various outfits,
Our hearts beat to the drum of triumph.
May the day ahead be full of great achievements and blissful memories.
Take note that success can only be measured by effort.
So as you race ahead or float in mid-air for half a second, remember that the journey is what you desire.
Take note that whatever the outcome, it was worth the time.
For the chance to escape comfort zones should be cherished and your effort shall be your only glory.
