I was looking forward to reading Iron Flame this week after its release. However, the audiobook version still isn’t available in my library 😦

I enjoyed reading this book – I feel like I would thrive working at Netflix.

My workplace currently has certain similar characteristics. However, I am unsure if it’s by design or a fluke. When I first joined, I was hoping for a process of how I was to do things because I didn’t want to have made a decision only to have been told that wasn’t what I should have done. Nevertheless, the differences between the work cultures are apparent, and it’s evident that there’s much to be learned from Netflix in creating a culture of reinvention.

In the meantime, I have learned significant ways to challenge myself:
